Whether you're going sailing or to the beach, flying a model airplane, or taking astrophotos at night through your telescope, knowing the prevailing weather conditions can be extremely helpful. So that's why we think you'll like what we affectionately call the "egg." It's a cleverly designed, digital anemometer and thermometer with a distinctly egg-like shape. The palm-sized "egg" features a three-cup wind propeller on top and a large LCD screen that displays the wind speed and ambient temperature. What's cool is that the "egg" has a protective cap to prevent damage to the wind propeller when you take it with you (you don't want your egg "scrambled," do you?). But snap the cap on the other end of the "egg" and it serves as a sturdy "egg stand" for when the gauge is in use. Eggs-ellent feature!
